Focus Social Club is seeking professional, energetic, and hospitality driven Servers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast paced upscale lounge and restaurant environment while delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Servers at Focus play a major role in maintaining our premium atmosphere and ensuring every guest receives top tier service from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, cocktails, hookah, and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently
- Deliver food, beverages, and bottle service promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure guests receive attentive, timely, and personalized service throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, sections, and service stations
- Process guest payments accurately and responsibly
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, security, and management

- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, lounge, nightlife, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Weekend and late-night availability required
- Must meet all legal age requirements to serve alcohol in Washington, DC
- Experience in upscale dining or nightlife environments
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and hookah service
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell menu and beverage items
- Strong guest engagement and customer retention skills
